I’m Emma Lindberg, founder of True North Talent. With more than seven years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, I’ve partnered with companies ranging from fast-growing startups to established organizations, helping them attract exceptional talent while building hiring processes rooted in trust, transparency, and genuine relationships.

My experience goes beyond recruiting. During my career, I had the opportunity to design and build a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) from the ground up for a major staffing agency, creating more than 100 training modules to help recruiters develop their skills, improve their hiring strategies, and become trusted advisors to their clients and candidates. That experience reinforced my belief that great recruiting isn’t just about filling positions - it’s about listening, building relationships, and creating exceptional experiences for everyone involved.

I also understand the job search on a personal level. I’ve experienced the uncertainty that comes with career transitions and the pressure of supporting a family while searching for the next opportunity. Those experiences shaped the recruiter I am today; someone who leads with empathy, communicates honestly, and never loses sight of the person behind the resumé.
